Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our Hilton team based in Cork, IE. This part-time position is perfect for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide support and assistance to customers in booking reservations, managing their accounts, and addressing concerns - Ensure all customer interactions are professional, timely, and accurate - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Maintain a high level of knowledge about Hilton's products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding customer service - Utilize problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities to resolve customer concerns - Maintain a positive and energetic attitude in all customer interactions - Meet or exceed customer service goals and performance metrics


Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong people management and decision-making soft skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
