Job Description:

Aylien is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Cork, IE. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Monitor customer feedback and address any recurring issues - Assist with sales support activities as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Basic computer skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
