Customer Service Specialist

The Cool Bean Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will possess a reliable and confident demeanor, as well as strong emotional intelligence and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance with orders - Processing returns and exchanges - Maintaining customer records and databases accurately - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participating in training sessions and staying up-to-date on product knowledge - Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
