Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

CitySwift is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Dublin on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner 3. Provide product information and updates to customers 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members 8. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures 9. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience

Requirements: 1. Motivated and resourceful individual with a passion for customer service 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively 4. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
