Job Description:
Analog Devices Ireland is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles, demonstrating a strong track record of resourcefulness and hard work.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer needs - Manage customer accounts, updating information and processing orders accurately - Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive strategic planning efforts - Identify opportunities for improvement within the customer service process and make recommendations for enhancements
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in customer service roles - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience with strategic planning and innovation in a customer service setting - Resourceful and hardworking demeanor
