Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


The Cool Bean Company is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. In this part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while also demonstrating leadership and excellent time management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and problem-solving skills. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated concerns. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, concerns, and suggestions for improvement.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Proven leadership skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
