Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Microsoft Ireland in Galway, Connacht. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately addressing all concerns and providing solutions - Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment - Assist in the planning and implementation of customer service strategies - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products and services to better assist customers - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team
Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality with excellent communication skills - Strong people management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Strong planning skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - No prior experience required - training will be provided - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
