Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Wayflyer, a leading fintech company in Limerick, Munster, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles and possess personality traits such as independence and dedication. Soft skills like adaptability and time management are also essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Maintain customer records and update databases as needed 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service roles 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required
