Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Jameson Whiskey is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media. 2. Handling and resolving customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner. 3. Providing product information and recommendations to customers. 4. Processing orders and returns accurately in our database. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 6. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department. 8. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 2. Strong teamwork and leadership skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proven experience in a customer service role for at least 4 years. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
