Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team at NewsWhip. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our customer success team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from your home office while still being an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities: - Assist the customer success team with onboarding new clients and providing training and support - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer accounts and ensure they are receiving the highest level of service - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Assist in creating and delivering presentations to clients - Track and report on customer success metrics - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer success strategies

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required
