Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Dell Ireland is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing for a better work-life balance. As an Associate level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with product inquiries, issues, and escalations via phone, email, and chat - Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Provide timely and accurate information to customers to resolve issues and answer questions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Work closely with the Customer Success team to achieve customer retention and loyalty goals - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable individual with a strong customer service background - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to conduct thorough research to understand customer needs - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools - Experience in managing customer relationships and driving customer success initiatives - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
