Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Intercom is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer success or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, dedicated, have strong emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Onboard new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition and understand how to use our product effectively. 2. Provide ongoing support to customers, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and addressing their needs promptly. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues, providing feedback to improve product functionality and customer experience. 5. Monitor customer accounts, track usage metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. 6. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide recommendations for optimizing their experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a similar role. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. 7. Experience using CRM software and other customer success tools is preferred.
