Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team at Facebook Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our customers while working remotely from Waterford, Munster, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field, with a confident and reliable personality.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through virtual communication channels. - Provide onboarding and training to new customers to ensure successful implementation of our products. - Understand customer needs and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvements. - Assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution in a timely manner.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strategic planning and goal-setting skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
