Customer Success Associate

Engager is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Success Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our product - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and provide support - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and deliver customer training sessions - Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition to using our product - Act as a point of contact for customers, answering any questions or concerns they may have

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve under pressure - Excellent project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with CRM software is a plus
