Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Associate at Kerry Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and providing them with exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of our offerings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve and think strategically.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success - Understand customer needs and goals, and provide them with personalized support and guidance - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely manner - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer retention and growth - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing them with industry insights and best practices - Represent Kerry Group at industry events and tradeshows, building brand awareness and networking with potential customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently - Experience with CRM software and data analytics tools - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events - Ability to work part-time, with potential for full-time hours as the role expands
