Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Analog Devices Ireland is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Associate in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve their goals. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations. 3. Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are fully utilizing our products and services, driving adoption and retention. 4. Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless customer experience. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. 7. Develop and maintain customer success metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. 2. Resourceful problem solver with a strong ability to negotiate and make sound decisions. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
