Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Love & Robots is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers by providing top-notch support and service.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions - Onboard new customers, guiding them through our products and services to ensure a seamless experience - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, relaying feedback and implementing necessary changes - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any customer issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention - Monitor customer health and engagement metrics to proactively address any potential issues - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers as needed - Support the implementation of new features and updates to improve the customer experience

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong analytical skills and ability to manage relationships with a diverse range of people - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM software and customer support tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
