Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team at Hilton in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a part-time role at the Associate level, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met - Provide excellent customer service and support to address any inquiries or issues - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer’s experience and drive retention - Monitor customer accounts, track progress, and identify opportunities for improvement - Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve our services - Assist with onboarding new customers and training them on our products or services

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and cooperation skills - Motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
