Job Description:
Wayflyer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, this role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success or related fields. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, motivated, innovative, and possesses strong critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and growth. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Create and deliver presentations and training sessions to educate customers on our products and services. 7. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. 8. Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer success and satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
