Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


9th Impact, a leading mobile game development company based in Limerick, Munster, IE, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and deliver value to customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies and initiatives to drive retention, upsell, and customer advocacy - Provide training, onboarding, and support to customers to maximize their usage and adoption of our products - Monitor and track customer success metrics and KPIs, reporting on progress and outcomes to internal stakeholders


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Motivated and hardworking with a proactive approach to work - Demonstrated leadership skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
