Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team at Airbnb Ireland in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a key member of the customer success team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through personalized and proactive interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Develop and execute personalized success plans for each client, based on their unique needs and goals. 4. Analyze client data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support. 6. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a positive outcome for the client. 7. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients to increase their understanding and usage of our services. 8. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer success or a related field. 2. Resilient and passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. 3. Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels. 4. Creativity and problem-solving skills to identify innovative solutions to challenges. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change with speed and efficiency. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
