Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Dell Ireland in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to monitor their progress and address any challenges - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products - Track and report on key metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong negotiation and attention to detail skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
