Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Engager is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Cork, Cork, IE. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role and be able to work at a mid-to-senior level. As a Customer Success Manager at Engager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are successful in using our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Develop and implement strategies to help customers achieve success - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Work closely with the sales and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from customers - Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement - Develop and deliver customer training and onboarding programs - Coordinate and lead customer meetings and check-ins - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Prepare reports and presentations on customer success metrics


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong critical thinking and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships - Experience in a SaaS or technology company is a plus - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
