Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at LetsGetChecked in Cork, IE. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by building strong relationships and providing exceptional support.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals, and provide personalized solutions and recommendations - Onboard new customers, providing training and guidance on how to best utilize our products and services - Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations - Analyze customer data and metrics to track performance and identify trends
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving customer success - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively engage with customers and build relationships - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Certification in Customer Success Management is preferred - Must be a self-starter with a proactive and customer-centric mindset - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
