Job Description:
Smurfit Kappa Group is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is energetic, resilient, possesses excellent persuasion and strategic planning skills, and is passionate about customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet customer needs - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and provide product education - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer retention and growth - Monitor customer health metrics to proactively address any potential issues - Represent the voice of the customer within the organization to drive product enhancements and improvements - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue targets
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer service - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools is a plus
