Job Description:
Accenture Ireland is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Manager to work remotely from home in Dublin, Ireland. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with Accenture's products and services. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and upselling opportunities. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance the customer experience. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Lead training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of Accenture's offerings. 7. Track key performance indicators related to customer success and provide regular reports to management. 8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve processes.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creativity and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 7. Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
