Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Amazon Ireland is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Manager to work from home in Limerick, Munster. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations. 2. Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues. 3. Proactively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions to drive retention and growth. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to implement customer success strategies and initiatives. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Communicate regularly with customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction. 7. Create and deliver customer success reports and presentations to management.

Requirements: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Creativity and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
