Job Description:
Hexafly is seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer success and work in a dynamic and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, and possess strong project management skills and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: - Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products and services - Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to drive satisfaction - Monitor customer accounts, tracking usage and engagement to identify potential issues and proactively address them - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customers and drive product improvements based on feedback - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers as needed - Assist in the organization of company events and customer networking opportunities - Additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Familiarity with the principles of customer success and retention strategies - 0 years of experience in customer success or a related field
