Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team at Jameson Whiskey in Waterford, Munster, IE. The Customer Success Officer will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer success metrics - Provide training and support to customers as needed - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Passionate and adaptable personality traits - Attention to detail and project management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success best practices
