Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Intercom is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance. You will work remotely, but will be required to attend occasional team meetings and training sessions.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions - Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and guidance - Assist customers with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Dedicated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent project management skills - Creative problem solver with a customer-first mindset
