Job Description:


Phorest is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Officer. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer success.


Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with Phorest's products and services. 2. Provide top-notch customer support through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and escalations in a timely manner. 5. Assist in onboarding new customers and training them on how to use Phorest's platform effectively. 6. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist customers. 7. Assist in creating customer success resources and documentation to improve the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Must be driven and passionate about customer success. 2. Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong research skills to gather relevant information and insights for customer support. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus.
