Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Property Button is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a part-time Associate-level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and attentiveness to their concerns. 3. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to maximize their experience with our platform. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems when necessary. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements: 1. Independent and hardworking individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication and active listening skills with a high level of emotional intelligence. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting and demonstrate cooperation with colleagues. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 7. Experience in the property or real estate industry is a plus.
