Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Salesforce Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals. 2. Proactively engage with customers to provide product demonstrations, training, and support. 3. Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products and services, identifying opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers. 6. Assist with customer onboarding and retention efforts. 7. Prepare and deliver presentations to educate customers on product features and updates. 8. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field. 2. Hardworking and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent presentation skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
