Customer Success Representative

Facebook Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who possesses strong strategic planning and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products - Act as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with any inquiries or issues they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies to improve customer experience and retention - Monitor customer usage and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Provide ongoing training and support to customers to maximize their use of our products - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - Knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
