Job Description:
Microsoft Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, dedicated, cooperative, and have strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with Microsoft products and services - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist with onboarding new customers and training them on how to use Microsoft products effectively - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and identify any areas for improvement - Stay up to date on Microsoft products and services to effectively assist customers and answer any questions they may have - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and dedicated with a strong desire to help customers succeed - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with Microsoft products and services is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
