Job Description:
Boston Scientific Ireland is currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The Customer Success Representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction with our products and services. This position is ideal for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are utilizing our products effectively and are satisfied with their experience - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to enhance the customer's experience - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or escalate them as needed - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling
Requirements: - Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
