Job Description:
HubSpot, a leading customer relationship management software company, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients and helping them achieve their goals using our software.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, providing timely and personalized support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Understand customers' business objectives and help them successfully implement and utilize HubSpot software. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to offer guidance, training, and assistance with their accounts. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with the appropriate internal teams to resolve customer concerns. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. 6. Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team to drive continuous improvement. 7. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our CRM system.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology company. 2. Adaptable and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients. 4. Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving abilities to provide creative solutions to customer challenges. 5. Proficiency in CRM software (such as HubSpot) and a high level of comfort with technology. 6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
