Customer Success Representative

YellowSchedule is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.

The ideal candidate for this role will be confident and independent, able to work autonomously while still being a team player. Strong problem-solving skills and leadership abilities are also essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct product demonstrations and train customers on how to use our software - Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve customer experience - Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring their success with our product - Provide feedback to the product team on customer pain points and possible enhancements

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and independent mindset - Strong problem-solving skills - Leadership abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
