Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Pfizer Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing exceptional support and service.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience - Provide product information and guidance to customers to help them achieve their goals - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and work effectively in a team - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
