Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Property Button is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing excellent customer service to our clients in the property industry. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer success.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns, escalating issues as needed - Assist customers in navigating our platform, providing guidance and support as necessary - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and create a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address customer issues - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in using technology and able to quickly learn new systems - High school diploma or equivalent
