Job Description:
Indeed Ireland Operations Limited is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships. The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Educate clients on product features and best practices to optimize their experience - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Track and analyze client usage data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement - Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients on a regular basis - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry and market trends to better support clients - Assist in onboarding new clients and provide ongoing training and support as needed - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Customer Success team
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer success - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
