Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Slack Technologies Limited in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate level role with a minimum of 3 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact - Onboard new customers and provide training on how to use our platform effectively - Proactively identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and retention - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption and retention - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns

Requirements: - Hardworking and confident with a customer-centric mindset - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Creative thinking and ability to think outside the box - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in a customer-facing role preferred - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
