Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Analog Devices Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Galway, Connacht. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven and passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction - Collaborate with product development teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into future products - Monitor and track key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers - Persuasion and innovation skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
