Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Jameson Whiskey is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to work remotely from Cork, IE. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a strong passion for providing exceptional customer support. This role will be at the Associate Level within the company.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, and chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Proactively identify and address customer needs, issues, and concerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office - Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
