Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Love & Robots is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This is a work from home position based in Limerick, Munster, IE. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess personality traits such as being resourceful and dedicated. Soft skills required for this role include presentation and creativity.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing them with support and assistance throughout their journey with Love & Robots - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on our products and services - Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer needs and deliver exceptional service - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
