Customer Support Assistant

Phorest, a leading salon software provider based in Limerick, Munster, IE, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join their team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exemplary customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to the Phorest software - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with training new customers on how to use the software effectively - Contribute ideas for improving customer support processes and procedures - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong planning and organizational skills - Innovative problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of the beauty or salon industry is a plus
