Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job description:

SurveyMonkey Europe is currently seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Cork, Ireland. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is independent, adaptable, and looking for a flexible work arrangement.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer support to SurveyMonkey users via email, chat, and phone. - Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. - Collaborating with other teams, such as Sales and Product Development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Tracking and documenting customer interactions in our CRM system. - Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices.

Requirements: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. - Strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with customers. - Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. - A high level of adaptability and willingness to learn new skills. - Experience working remotely and managing time effectively.
