Remote Customer Support Assistant

CitySwift is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

As a Remote Customer Support Assistant at CitySwift, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot any issues they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services. Additionally, you will work closely with our internal teams to escalate any unresolved issues and provide feedback on ways to improve our customer support process.

To be successful in this role, you must be hardworking and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be adaptable to changing situations.
