Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Manna Aero, a leading drone delivery company based in Waterford, Munster, IE, is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support and possess a hardworking and energetic personality.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and understanding - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Assisting with order processing and tracking shipments - Providing product recommendations and upselling opportunities to customers - Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and feedback collection - Participating in training and development programs to enhance customer support skills

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in presentation and negotiation skills - Knowledge of drone technology and e-commerce platforms is a plus - Flexible schedule to accommodate peak customer service hours - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
