Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

SilverCloud Health is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Galway, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our platform. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems. 4. Provide product demonstrations and training to new clients as needed. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify and escalate any potential areas of improvement to enhance the customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools. 6. Familiarity with mental health services or counseling is a plus.
